Work on a crew that starts before the heat
We hire for the roof, the foam crew and the office. Spanish is the language of the crew, and you do not need English to start.
Summer days start at 4:30 a.m. and the crew is down by late morning. Harness and rope go on before anyone climbs, and beginners start on the ground, learning to read a roof.

Tile roofer
You have laid tile or shingle. Tied off at all times.
Foam and coating applicator
Spray foam or coating experience. We train on our own equipment.
Ground crew
Loading, tear-off cleanup and staging. A good first job.
Office and estimating
Answer the phone, book visits and write up photos. English and Spanish.
