Leak repair
Find the leak, fix that, show you
Water shows up far from where it gets in. We start at the source, not at the stain.
Every repair gets photos from the roof: the problem, the work and the finished fix.
Where we look first
Pitched: slipped or cracked tile, flashing, vent pipe boots, valleys
Flat: seams, drains, parapet corners, curbs and skylights

If water is coming in
A leak, step by step
Step 1: You call or text
Call (928) 555-0100 or text it with a photo. Say if water is dripping now.
Step 2: Who answers
The office answers 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. We are not on call overnight; messages left later are answered by 7 the next business morning.
Step 3: A tarp or a quick seal
If rain is coming, a crew covers or seals the spot first. A visit outside office hours costs more; we tell you the rate before the crew leaves.
Step 4: The repair, with photos
We repair the source when the weather and the heat allow it, and send photos of before and after.

Questions about leaks
Can you fix a leak in the monsoon?
We can seal or cover it between storms. A lasting repair needs a dry roof, so it may wait for a clear day.
Will you check the attic or ceiling?
Yes, when we can get in. The stain's shape tells us where to look on the roof.
Do you do insurance claims?
No. We are not public adjusters. You decide whether to file and you deal with your insurer. We inspect, photograph and write an itemized estimate you can share.
