Questions about the work
Do you match the tile that is there?
We try. Old tile is hard to match exactly. We check for the closest color and profile, and tell you if the repair will show.
How do I know a recoat will last?
Ask what is under it. A recoat over dry, sound foam is a sound job. Over wet foam it only hides the problem. The estimate says which one yours is.
Will I see before and after photos?
Yes. Each job gets photos from the roof before, during and after, sent to you.
